Hey Mama! Yama Yoga and lululemon are partnering to offer you this amazing experience! Start your new year (2023 has arrived!) with ABUNDANCE! You are invited to join this women-focused mini retreat where you will learn to create an abundance mindset, set goals, create a vision board, and get ready to live your best life in 2023!
You get to decide how to live your life - create your goals and get ready to achieve them!
A day of yoga, meditation, breath work, journaling, vision and goal setting, tea, coffee, and a gourmet lunch spread.
Special guest, Meg Gonzales, owner of Pure Barre Fort Collins will be leading your goal setting and vision board portion of this mini retreat. This is an experience you don't want to miss!
What you will RECEIVE!
During this AWAKEN ABUNDANCE mini retreat, you will have the chance to explore the transformative power of creating a vision board (yay!), journaling, body movement, meditation, and feeling the support of sisterhood. You will also learn breathing tools that may offer you a means to reduce stress, anxiety and to offer clarity in your goals for abundance. Coffee, tea, and a gourmet lunch spread is also included for you to enjoy.

9:30 - 10:00 goal setting and vision board presentation
10:00-11:00 yoga flow
11:00-11:30 meditation and goal visualization
11:30 - 1:00 lunch and vision board creating
1:00 - 1:30 closing circle
