What is La Vida? It is Your Life! I invite you to join me on this experience to the enchanted coastal tropics of Mexico. During La Vida Retreat, you will be awakened and reminded how to truly live fully. 


Grab your sister, friend, daughter, or mother and have them come along with you on this amazing five-night journey. 

La Vida Retreat is set on the alluring pacific coast of San Fransisco "San Pancho", Nayarit, Mexico at the magical Tailwind Eco Lodge. 

  

Upon your arrival in Mexico, you can let go and welcome the idea that you will be taken care of for the next five nights. You will be invited to fully divulge in all that La Vida Retreat offers. In this beautifully crafted all-inclusive retreat, not only will you be enjoying one or two yoga classes per day, workshops, daily mediation, delicious and nutritious meals, you will also be pampered with a heavenly massage, enjoy a day of sailing on a luxury catamaran while sipping on margs and enjoying the gorgeous blue waters of Mexico. Taking in the vibrant Mexican culture by spending a day at the local farmers market is also on the menu. At La Vida retreat, you will have ample journaling time as well as down time – offering you a chance to reflect on how you can transform your life and live your best life fully.

  • Accommodation for five nights at the magical Tailwind Jungle Lodge where you will rest and restore in creatively designed bungalows, palapas, and casitas that are perched amidst the palms, offer glamping and tree-house style comfort with Swiss Family Robinson vibes
  • Wake up to the sounds of ocean waves and birds chirping. Enjoy the same sounds to lull to sleep for the night
  • Rest and restore in one of four room options: Jungle Loft, Jungle Adventure, Jungle Charm, or Jungle Chic. Tailwind Jungle lodge is an eco-lodge that offers a unique and unconventional space which offers beautiful opportunities for growth.  This is not your conventional Hilton Hotel and it's exactly what makes this place so special
  • Transportation to all activities upon arrival to Tailwind Jungle Lodge
  • Transportation to/from airport within a designated window, specified prior to purchasing your flight

  • Daily guided meditation, breath workd, and yoga classes

ADVENTURE

  • Enjoy a day at the local San Pancho Market where you get to fall in love with the quaint town and sample delicious local fare
  • While exploring San Pancho, dip into the charming boutiques and get a feel for this vivacious beach-side town
  • Enjoy an afternoon sailing through the Bahia de las Banderas on a stunner of a luxury catamaran. Your Captain will sail us through the Bahia de las Banderas, hoping to catch sight of some humpback whales. Enjoy the sea breeze flowing through your hair while sipping on a fresh-squeezed grapefruit margarita (the most delicious Palomas!)

MEALS

  • Our private husband-wife chef team will blow your mind with their nutritious and beautifully prepared mostly-vegan meals. Your tastebuds and belly will be well cared for the minute you savor your first meal
  • Dinner on Sunday evening, breakfast lunch and dinner on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Breakfast on Friday before you depart from Tailwind Jungle Lodge
  • Tea and coffee and snacks available every day
  • Food allergies and limitations will be considered - you'll have no problems partaking and enjoying every meal 
  • Enjoy a drink with dinner or as you unwind for the night

  • Pre-trip Zoom call to get to know each other, to get clear on what you want for yourself on this retreat and share our excitement before the retreat
  • Post-adventure group call to check in with each other and see how we’re doing post-retreat

  • Be sure to contact us BEFORE booking your flight so that you can take advantage of transportation to Tailwind. Aim to land on Sunday, Nov 5th 2023 around 1:00pm. You will be landing in Puerto Vallarta (PVR)

This Loft (above Casita Tejone) is perfectly suited for the adventurous solo traveler. Feel like you are sleeping in an jungle treehouse. Loft is accessed by ladder. Bed configuration is  two twins or one king, outdoor shower, composting toilet.

Tailwind Jungle Lodging

Cancellation Policy

  • This deposit reserves your spot in the Nov 5-10, 2023 La Vida Retreat in San Pancho, Mexico. Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit. Cancellations made from July 5th until August 5th, will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price. Any cancellation made between August 6th and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. If we do so, you will be refunded in full. All cancellations must be made to Yama Yoga, LLC/Sasha Woodard in writing.
  • Trip cancellation insurance is recommended for this retreat. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance  and choose from several policy options. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
  • A separate invoice will be sent to you via PayPal (via email) by July 5th for your first payment (after your deposit) which is due on August 5th, 2023. 
  • A separate invoice will be sent to you via PayPal (via email) by August 5th, 2023 for your final payment which is due on Sept 5th, 2023.
