Join us at the remarkable Drala Mountain Center for a powerful two-night experience designed to help you shed limiting beliefs and awaken your abundance mindset.
Step into the new year feeling grounded, intentional, and open to all that is possible.
Through daily yoga, guided meditation, visualization, breath work, and journaling, you’ll reconnect to your inner wisdom — the part of you that knows you are already whole, already enough, and fully capable of living a rich, meaningful life.
We’ll explore what abundance truly means to you and how to cultivate it from within.
You’ll be supported in creating intentions and goals that align with your deepest values and you will leave with tools to propel your vision into the new year.
HERE'S WHAT AWAITS YOU:

Set aside responsibilities for the weekend to allow yourself to focus on YOU and your abundance mindset.

This will be a time for you to connect with yourself, nature, as well as with your community.

Sasha Woodard has been sharing the transformative practices of yoga and meditation for over 14 years. She is an experienced teacher and retreat leader, having guided countless students through yoga classes, transformative retreats in Mexico and Colorado, and corporate wellness programs. Sasha also facilitates a monthly women’s group dedicated to fostering connection, authenticity, personal growth, and humor.
After nearly a decade as an engineer, Sasha realized her true passion was not in design but in creating meaningful human connections through teaching. Her yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to balance intention and playfulness, reminding students to savor the moment and embrace life’s joy.
Sasha is passionate about building community and creating experiences that help others connect deeply to themselves, nature, and one another. Her mission is to inspire students to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives, rooted in joy and contentment. Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, she teaches at local studios and continues to inspire others through her retreats and workshops.

Hosting more than a hundred group retreats, weekend programs and private retreats every year for over 52 years, Drala Mountain Center is “home” to practitioners world-wide.
While the land will nourish your soul and provide ample opportunity to connect with nature and community, Drala Mountain Center is not a 5-star resort. Accommodations range from clean and comfortable private lodge rooms with bathrooms to dorm rooms with shared bathrooms to tents with access to bathhouses. Our aim is to support your basic needs while you participate in your program, provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment with wonderful food and a staff dedicated to the success of your retreat.
Home to the Great Stupa of Dharmakaya, we welcome thousands of day visitors every year. You are encouraged to visit and explore the Stupa and more.

Sasha does a remarkable job of helping everyone at their level and offering challenges. The location is really amazing and the group of women you meet opens your eyes to the importance of connection to other women and community. I fell in love the first time and brought my mother the following year. I feel reconnected to myself, nature, and community and highly recommend no matter where you are in the practice of yoga.”

“I felt rejuvenated and recharged after attending Sasha’s Yama Yoga Retreat! It was the perfect balance of gentle yoga, self reflection and sharing wholesome meals and conversation with like-minded people. It was a true gift to remove myself from my busy work/family life and treat my body and soul – I can’t wait for the next one!”

Yes! While many of Yama Yoga's retreats are women-centric, this one is open to everyone!
You are most welcome to bring your own mat and props. However, at Drala Mountain Center these are all provided for you!
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for decades, Sasha teaches to all levels. The style of classes in the mornings will be flow (vinyasa), the classes in the evenings will be more slower paced or restorative. If you have never ever taken a yoga class or brand new, I recommend you take a handful of classes prior to your arrival - you will get more out of the experience.
Your water bottle, a pen, a journal, that book you keep wanting to read, a small day pack, flip flops/bedroom slippers to wear around your room, comfortable clothes for practicing yoga and LAYERS! It's Winter in Colorado. Bring hiking/snow boots, snow gear. Especially if you want to go for a hike on Saturday, be prepared.
