Yama Yoga invites you and your friends to attend this FUN and ENERGETIC glow-in-the-dark yoga class.

WHO?

Anyone who wants to connect with community, move their bodies, & have fun!

WHAT?

Show up at 7:00pm to paint your beautiful face & body (body paint provided!), set up your yoga mat, and connect with new and existing friends. Enjoy a fun and energetic yoga class - GLOW while you FLOW.

WHAT ELSE?

Your yoga mat, water bottle, open mind, and an open heart.
