YOUR STAY
- Accommodation for three nights at a modern, bright, spacious, and beautiful home nestled among the aspens.
- Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub, lounge on the deck with views of Lake Grandby while sipping your morning coffee or your afternoon glass of wine. Sounds dreamy!
- Rest and restore in one of three room options: Two King En-suite rooms (single or double occupancy) or Bunk Room (four-person occupancy).
WELLNESS
- Enjoy daily meditation, breath work, and yoga classes
- Partake in yoga philosophy, meditation, and journaling workshops to learn how to move from a place of scarcity and limiting beliefs to one of ABUNDANCE!
- Each participant will receive a heavenly and relaxing massage to remind your body how to rejuvenate and unwind
- Sacred moments of daily down time are built into the retreat. This is when you do what YOU need - a hike, a nap, or finally read your book, a nap, paddle boarding, or shopping in Grand Lake's charming boutiques.
MEALS
- Your tastebuds and belly will be well cared for the minute you savor your first meal
- All meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided for you during the retreat.
- Tea and coffee and snacks at your hearts content
- Food allergies and limitations will be considered - you'll have no problems partaking and enjoying every meal
